Shipping / Delivery
We aim to post all orders within 3-5 working days as we will need to fit this around our day jobs. Therefore if you need an order quicker please contact us and we will work with you to process it quicker.
We will combine all your unfulfilled orders together to save postage costs, and refund the excess charges unless you request for them to remain separate.
UK
All UK parcels will be sent using either 1st or 2nd Class post unless tracking is requested in the notes during checkout. If you do request tracking we will be in touch to confirm any possible charges.

All parcels being sent within Europe will be sent using Royal Mail Standard Parcels which does not include tracking. If tracking is required please inform us during checkout and we will get in touch accordingly.

North America / Canada
All parcels are sent either by Royal Mail Standard Parcels which does not include tracking or Royal Mail Tracked Parcels.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days but it can be known to take longer. It is strongly recommended to select tracked if you are based in Canada.
Please note that you are responsible for any possible customs fee that maybe due on your parcel.

Delivery Times and Missing Parcels
Royal Mail only consider a parcel lost based on the following criteria. Therefore refunds / replacements for lost parcels will not be able to be processed until this time has passed.
No of days stated are after the expected due date
e.g due 1st Nov 18 in the UK - Royal Mail will only class as lost after the 15th Nov 18.
UK - 10 working days (typically 3 weeks from dispatch)
Europe - 20 working days (typically 5 weeks from dispatch)
Rest of World - 25 Working days (typically 6 weeks from dispatch)
